This email contains the complete order details only. Once the order has completed processing and is shipped, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number, shipment details and order status. Q: How can I check on my order status?A: Click here to check your order status. You may also call one of our amazing customer service representatives during normal business hours at 1.800.228.7873. RETURNSQ: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?A: Made a purchase on Killerdana.com and need to return it? No worries, we've got you covered. We want all our customers to have the best possible online shopping experience, so we have a killer 60 day Risk-Free/Hassle-Free return policy. Basically, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse within 60 days of the purchase date. We also believe you shouldn't have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process using the free return label included in your shipping package and your domestic shipping costs are prepaid. If you ship a return package on your own, please make sure to use a traceable and insured shipping method and send to the address below: ***Unfortunately we are unable to offer UPS returns for packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. One thing to remember...We will accept the return of new, unworn, and tag still attached product. This means no human or pet hair allowed on the merchandise. Items that come to us smelling of smoke, cologne, or detergent will not be accepted (pretty much anything that doesn't smell new). Footwear must not be worn and have the original packaging (if any) and have all tags still attached. Surfboards cannot be returned without prior approval. Q: Does Killer Dana offer rentals and lessons?A: We have a full fleet of soft surfboards from high performance shortboards to 11’0" longboards to stand up paddle boards for rent. We also rent wetsuits, bodyboards, and any accessories you might need for surfing. Our staff of trained instructors are ready to give you your first taste of surfing or help you take your skills to the next level.
