"MOD" or the Modern style boardshorts can include a variety of styles. For our purposes today, we'll say they encompass anything outside of the "normal" style of boardshorts. For example, the Hybrid Boardshort/Walkshorts. The Hybrid Boardshort/Walkshorts are great for land to sand fun and back again. "Hybrids" are made with wicking and quick-dry fabric, include traditional front welt pockets, and typically come in 2 or 4-way stretch material.
